Either a computer/laptop (Windows or Mac) or a Phone or a
Tablet with a Camera, Microphone and Speaker. Most of these
devices come with a built-in camera, microphone and speaker,
however we recommend using an external microphone and
speaker for better quality.
An internet connection.
On a computer laptop you can use the internet browser
(Chrome, Edge or Firefox) to attend the online therapy
session. On your Phone or Tablet you would need to install
Microsoft Teams App from the location given below. We
recommend that you should use Teams app on your
computer/laptop instead of using the browser.
We analyze the information provided by you about
your needs and requirements on our intake form. Therefore, we
request you to download the form to your device and take your time
to provide detailed information about your concerns. Please follow
the instructions below to download the forms:
If you are using a browser on a computer/laptop, please go
to the "Forms" page on our website and scroll to the
relevant form. Right click on the link to the form and
select "Save Link as" option to save the form to your
device.
On your Phone or tablet please go to the "Forms" page on our
website and scroll to the relevant form. Click on the Form
link and use the option to open the file in Adobe PDF
Reader. You can download the app from the link given below:
Our team will email you the link to attend the
online therapy session using Teams. At the time of your session,
please click on the link in the email "Click here to join the
meeting". On your computer, You may be prompted to either
continue the session in browser or Open Teams App. Please make a
selection at this point, which will take you to the session. Your
therapist will let you in to the session. On your Phone or
Tablet, teams app will be launched and it will take you to the
session. Your therapist will let you in to the session. If you
have a work or personal Teams account, for privacy and
confidentiality reasons, we request you to log out of your account
and join the session as a Guest.
